  • 1 cup Shredded carrots Fresh grated
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper Sliced thin
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise For spreading
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro Chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized strips and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken until golden brown.
  • Add sweet chili sauce to chicken and toss until coated.
  • Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and caramelizes.
  • Let glazed chicken cool slightly for easier handling.
  • Heat tortillas briefly for flexibility.
  • Apply thin layer of mayo across tortilla surface.
  • Add lettuce, chicken, and vegetables in center.
  • Fold bottom up and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  • Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately.
