Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb mini potatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup butter, melted 1 stick
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups grated parmesan, divided
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 and grease 9×13 glass casserole dish. Spread evenly 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese into bottom of casserole dish.
  • Add potato halves to a large bowl. To bowl, add melted butter, minced garlic, other half cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes, then toss, and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
