Ingredients
  

  • 3 pkg Cheddar Cheese flavored frozen Pierogies
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb Kielbasa sliced into pieces
  • Salt as desired
  • Pepper as desired
  • Parsley to sprinkle as a garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large Crockpot add the Chicken Broth, Pierogies, Kielbasa and half of the shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  • Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or low for 6 hours.
  • In the last half hour of cooking, scoop out the 1 cup or so of remaining broth and add to the Cream Cheese slowly. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the Cream Cheese Mixture into the Crockpot and stir the entire contents.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Shredded Cheese on top, replace the cover and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cover and sprinkle with Parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
