Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa
A delicious Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa, easy to prepare in a Crockpot.

- 3 pkg Cheddar Cheese flavored frozen Pierogies
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 lb Kielbasa sliced into pieces
- Salt as desired
- Pepper as desired
- Parsley to sprinkle as a garnish
In a large Crockpot add the Chicken Broth, Pierogies, Kielbasa and half of the shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or low for 6 hours.
In the last half hour of cooking, scoop out the 1 cup or so of remaining broth and add to the Cream Cheese slowly. Stir until smooth.
Pour the Cream Cheese Mixture into the Crockpot and stir the entire contents.
Sprinkle the remaining Shredded Cheese on top, replace the cover and cook for another 30 minutes.
Remove the cover and sprinkle with Parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
