One Pan Chicken Noodles

One Pan Chicken Noodles is a quick and easy meal featuring tender chicken, creamy sauce, and egg noodles, all cooked in one pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook 5-6 minutes per side until golden.
  • In same pan, cook garlic until fragrant. Add broth and cream, bring to simmer.
  • Add egg noodles to simmering liquid. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in butter and Parmesan until melted. Return chicken to pan to warm through. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

All components cook in one pan for easy cleanup.
