Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and cut into small pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked bacon, green onions, and jalapenos until well combined. Set aside some for topping.
Taste and add pepper if needed. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Pour into a bowl, top with reserved bacon, green onions, and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
