Ingredients
  

Crescent Roll Base

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 0.5 pound sliced ham
  • 0.5 pound sliced salami
  • 0.5 pound sliced provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup banana pepper rings drained
  • 0.5 cup roasted red peppers drained and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • to taste lettuce Optional: for serving
  • to taste tomato slices Optional: for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll the first can of crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the dish. Seal seams and press slightly up the sides.
  • Layer half the ham, half the salami, and half the provolone over the dough.
  • Top with pepperoni, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Add the remaining ham, salami, and provolone.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place over the filling. Gently press edges to seal.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool 5–10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm, with optional lettuce and tomato on the side.

Notes

Seal all seams to prevent cheese from leaking while baking. Distribute evenly so every bite has meat, cheese, and peppers. Watch browning during the last few minutes to avoid overcooking.
