Serving Plate
- 4 Lobster Tails
- 4 tablespoon Melted Unsalted Butter
- ½ teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 500℉.
Cut through the top shell of the lobster all the way until the last segment of the tail with a kitchen scissors.
Carefully open apart of the shell. Starting from the top, pull out the meat from the shell by keeping it attached at the base. Fold back the shell then lay the meat on top.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce then brush it on top each lobster tail.
Broil the lobster for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Cooked lobster meat should be opaque, white in color with temperature of 140℉-145℉.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve it with the remaining of the garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!
