  • 4 Lobster Tails
  • 4 tablespoon Melted Unsalted Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes

  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 500℉.
  • Cut through the top shell of the lobster all the way until the last segment of the tail with a kitchen scissors.

  • Broil the lobster for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Cooked lobster meat should be opaque, white in color with temperature of 140℉-145℉.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and serve it with the remaining of the garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!
