- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
Add 2 lbs of chicken breast to a crockpot. Season with pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme. Add one can of cream of chicken soup. Stir 1 tablespoon of flour into ½ cup of chicken broth and put the mixture into the crockpot.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred the chicken and add 1 cup of milk. Stir well and let cook in the crockpot for about 20 more minutes.
Taste the chicken and season to taste with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
