  • 4 breasts boneless, skinless chicken about 1.5 lbs
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 2 cups shredded jack cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and shredded jack cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let cool slightly before serving; pair with rice or pasta.
