  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella torn into pieces
  • 1 cup burrata cheese torn into pieces
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grape or heirloom tomatoes halved

Notes

Use high-quality cheeses and smoked salmon for the best flavor. Add pomegranate arils for a pop of color and crunch. Prepare the bread and toppings in advance, but assemble just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
