Ingredients
  

Chicken and Veggies

  • 4-5 strips Tyson Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 shell tortilla, burrito size
  • ½ cup spring lettuce mix
  • 1-2 peppers mini peppers preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Fiesta Lime Seasoning or Mrs Dash
  • 1 whole avocado

Instructions
 

Meal Prep

  • Slice about 10 mini peppers into rings and chop an onion. Divide into serving sizes in a closed sandwich style baggie with some Tyson Grilled and Ready® chicken strips.

To Make the Wrap

  • Spray a non-stick skillet with a non-stick spray and heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Place the meal prep ingredients in the skillet.
  • Add in the seasoning and cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
  • Lay a burrito shell out and top with the spring lettuce, cooked chicken & peppers mixture, and avocado slices.
  • Roll the wrap burrito style and enjoy!

Notes

This wrap can be meal prepped in advance for a quick lunch option.
